Employers remain in control of employee data at all times. We act as a data processor, processing data only on your instructions. We never sell personal data.
Terms of Service
Our terms are structured to align with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and UK data protection legislation. We regularly review them as laws evolve.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring.
DPA & Subprocessors
Our Data Processing Agreement sets out how personal data is processed. We also maintain a list of carefully selected subprocessors bound by data protection obligations.
